I don’t know why, but I expected the product descriptions to have a bit more detail, especially around sizing. The items are really cute, but I felt like I had to guess more than I wanted to.

Dealing with their customer service was just frustrating. I sent what I thought was a simple question about my order, and it took forever to hear back. When they finally replied, it kind of felt like they hadn’t really read what I wrote, or maybe just skimmed it, I don’t know...
I followed up again hoping I’d get a clearer answer, but it was basically the same short, unhelpful response. I get that shops get busy and things happen, but basic communication shouldn’t feel this hard. Probably wouldn’t order from them again.

"Super quick delivery"
I ordered a candle and it arrived much faster than I expected. The tracking email came the same day, and everything was packed well. Simple experience overall, and I’m happy it didn’t take forever like it does with some other shops

I didn’t have a great experience overall. It was one of those things where every step felt like more hassle than it needed to be, and by the end I was just worn out from trying to deal with it. I expected it to be a lot smoother, but it ended up being disappointing. At this point, I don’t think I’d use this site again

"Nice colours, but heads up on the shade strength"
Just a quick heads up for anyone buying these candle colourants: they worked well in my soy wax and the colours did come out nice. They also mixed in better than a few others I’ve tried. That said, one of the shades turned out lighter than I expected, so don’t assume it’ll be super strong right away. Overall I’m still happy with them and would buy again, but I’d suggest testing a small batch first.

The site looked nice and all, but I don’t know, I just didn’t feel completely sure about the brand. The info felt a little thin, and I guess I was hoping for more clear details before actually buying. It just didn’t really give me much confidence

The prices seemed fair to me, not like the absolute cheapest or anything, but good for handmade stuff. Shipping was laid out clearly too, so there wasn’t any weird surprise at checkout or that kind of thing.

Umm, the wax burns fine, but it doesn’t feel super even to me. It’s okay overall, just not anything amazing
"Return was fine, just slower than I expected"
I ordered a candle it smelled really nice when it arrived. The only issue was that the jar had a small crack in it, so I figured I’d just return it and get it sorted out.
Customer service did get back to me, but this is where it got annoying. I had to send photos, then wait a few days before they sent over the return instructions, so it wasn’t exactly a quick process.
The refund did come through after they received the candle back, but it definitely wasn’t instant. Overall, not a terrible experience, just a bit slow and more of a hassle than I expected.

"So many scents brought back good memories"
I didn’t expect there to be so many fragrance options, but it was such a nice surprise. I’m the kind of person who changes scents with the seasons, and a few of these reminded me of little memories, like cozy fall evenings and fresh summer mornings. It wasn’t just the same basic scents you see everywhere either. I ended up finding a few new favorites, and the descriptions made it way easier to choose. I’ll definitely be ordering again.

"Mostly right, but the wording was misleading"
My order was mostly correct, but one of the scents I got wasn’t the one I expected. The wording on the listing made it seem like I was choosing a different scent, so that was frustrating. Not a total disaster, but I wish it had been clearer

I’ve had decent experiences with Village Craft and Candle before, so I was hoping these molds would be solid too. Unfortunately, the ones I received didn’t really hold up. The edges were rough, one had a few small dents inside, and the final shape came out slightly warped. I tried a couple pours just to make sure it wasn’t something I was doing, but the same marks kept showing up. They’re not unusable, but for the price, I was expecting better quality.

"Wick kept giving me trouble"
I really wanted to like this candle, but the wick gave me issues pretty much from the start. After a short burn, it would sink into the wax, and then the flame got super tiny and uneven.
I trimmed it like I normally do, but I still had to keep messing with it every time I used it. When I tried to get help, I kind of felt passed around instead of getting a clear answer. The scent was fine, but the wick made the whole thing more annoying than relaxing.

My order did show up on time, which I appreciated, but the packaging wasn’t great. The box was dented and there was barely any padding inside, which seems a bit irresponsible when you’re shipping candles. Luckily nothing arrived broken, but it really should’ve been packed with more care.

The tracking seemed fine at the start, but then it just stopped moving for a few days, which was a bit frustrating. I started wondering if something had gone wrong, though to be fair, it might’ve just been a normal delay.
The order did show up in the end and the packaging was totally fine, so I can’t complain too much. I just wish the delivery updates had been a little clearer. Overall, it was okay — not amazing, but not terrible either.

"Bulk pricing didn’t feel like much of a deal"
I ordered quite a bit because I figured buying in bulk would save me more, but once everything was totaled up, the discount didn’t feel that impressive. The items themselves were fine, nothing bad or unusable, but for the amount I bought, I expected the value to be better. Shipping also took away from the savings, so it didn’t really feel like I was getting a great deal in the end. It might be okay if you’re just ordering a few things, but for a bulk order, I ended up feeling disappointed.
